„Vzdelanie Rómov, o Rómoch a pre Rómov“ – „Education of Roma, on Roma and for Roma“
Súkromné hudobné a dramatické konzervatórium, Požiarnická 1, Košice získalo projekt v rámci programu „Miestne a regionálne iniciatívy na zníženie národných nerovností a podporu sociálnej inklúzie" spolufinancovaného z Finančného mechanizmu Európskeho hospodárskeho priestoru a štátneho rozpočtu Slovenskej republiky, Programová oblasť SK 04 Miestne a regionálne iniciatívy na zníženie národných nerovností a podporu sociálnej inklúzie“, na projekt s názvom „Cez umenie k inklúzii“.

Cieľ projektu: Miestne a regionálne orgány, ako aj súkromné a občianske spoločnosti vyvíjajúce iniciatívy na posilnenie antidiskriminačných opatrení pre skupiny ohrozené sociálnym a ekonomickým vylúčením.
Fázy projektu:
- Zapracovanie predmetu Rómsky jazyk a literatúra a predmetu Rómske reálie do školského vzdelávacieho programu (učebného plánu).
- Osvetová činnosť (kultúrne a spoločenské podujatia s pasívnou a aktívnou účasťou pedagogických zamestnancov a žiakov školy).
Celkové oprávnené výdavky Projektu: 34 525 eur.
Miera projektového grantu nepresahuje 100%Projektový grant aj každá jeho časť je tvorená z príspevku príslušného finančného mechanizmu a príspevku štátneho rozpočtu SR v pomere 85% /15%.
Výsledky projektu:
- Šesť ročníkov v ktorých sa vyučuje predmet Rómsky jazyk a literatúra (3 hodiny týždenne).
- Šesť ročníkov v ktorých sa vyučuje predmet Rómske reálie (2 hodiny týždenne).
- Päť kultúrnych a spoločenských podujatí s pasívnou účasťou pedagogických zamestnancov a žiakov školy (účasť na podujatí ROMA FASION SHOW, divadelné predstavenie v Divadle Thália - Desať prikázaní, vystúpenie v programe SZUŠ „Všetko najlepšie“ k 5. výročiu vzniku školy v Bardejove v Športovej hale Mier, odhalenia Pamätníka holokaustu v Bardejove, vystúpenie na onkologickom oddelení v Košiciach).
- Sedem kultúrnych a spoločenských podujatí s aktívnou účasťou pedagogických zamestnancov a žiakov školy (vystúpenie šk. orchestra a zboru v Rimavskej Sobote, Košiciach, účasť učiteľov a žiakoch na workshopoch : Šírava, Sigort, Bardejov, Hnúšťa. Vystúpenie školy v rámci slávnostného odovzdávania cien festivalu lokálnych televízii Zlatý žobrák v Košiciach).
Výstup projektu: Stredná škola realizujúca vzdelávací program so zameraním na interkultúrne vzdelávanie, rómsky jazyk a rómsku kultúru a históriu ako súčasť inklúzivného vzdelávacieho procesu na strednej škole.

The aim of project: Local and regional authorities as well as private and civil associations which are developing initiatives to strengthen anti-discrimination measures for vulnerable groups.The project grant rate does not exceed 100% Project grant, and each part of the project is made up of rate 85% / 15% of the contribution of the relevant financial mechanism and of the national budget.
Phase of the project :
Streamlining of the teaching process and inclusive education at the PRIVATE MUSIC AND DRAMATIC CONSERVATORY in KOŠICE, the WORKSHOP OF YOUNG EMPLOYEES IN SCHOOLS has been realized since 3 November 2014 to 6 November 2014 within the framework of the project "Through Arts for Inclusion" financed by the financial mechanism of the European Economic Area and the National Budget of the SR.
The project's activities will make more efficient of the teaching process and inclusive education at school and the development of talented Roma youth.It is expected that we will reach an increase in the number of students by the project , who will continue to study at universities as well. The project, through individual parts, enables Roma children to develop their talents with the support of experts, educators - Roma and non-Roma.
The aim of the project is to improve the language continously and the methodological training not only of students but also of teachers to achieve the success of an inclusive teaching process and good learning outcomes It leads to the improvement and development of the Romany language , Romany realitities , Roma culture and it contributes to the consolidation of the identity of the Roma minority .
The culture of the life of Roma youth and children in communities, DDs and centers and the educational level of these talented children will be improved. The language barrier is removed in the teaching process and communication.
All school pedagogues, Roma and non-Roma are fully qualified and working at voluntary basis. There are also experienced pedagogues who have worked in other projects and experience in the field. PaedDr. Gejza Adam, PhD.- Deputy Head of School, in the project responsible for the preparation, implementation and evaluation of workshops. Mgr. Ingrid Lukáčová - Deputy Director of the School, Project Coordinator, Teacher of Roma Language and Literature. Mgr. Slavomír Klempár - singer pedagogue, responsible for the singer part of workshops. Mgr. art. Karol Adam - music teacher, responsible for the music component of classical music. Karel Adam - teacher in music, creative workshops - responsible for the musical component in the field of Roma folk music workshops.
Slávka Oláhová - pedagogue singing, responsible for the singer component in the area of Roma songs
Andrea Safranova - a pedagogue in the field of musical-dramatic art, responsible for the actor's workshop. Mgr. Eva Gašparová - a pedagogue of Roma language and literature - responsible for the using of computer technology in the educational process at school. Mgr. Martin Horváth - music teacher - co-responsible for the music component of the Roma folk music.
At the beginning of April 2016, April 4-7, the pupils of the Private Drama-Musical Conservatory on Požiarnicka 1 st in Košice were participated at 4-day workshop in the Green Belt Sigord /Zelený Breh Sigord/. The workshop was realized within the framework of the project: Art Inclusion, which was supported by the Norwegian Funds and the Office of the Government of the Slovak Republic. The event was attended by 44 students and 6 pedagogical staff. The aim of this project was to achieve a more efficient learning process and inclusive education at school.The workshop gave the Roma students the opportunity to develop their talents with the support of experts - educators, Roma and non-Roma.
All participants were able to improve themselves in the Romany language, they also achieved new information from Romani realities, Roma culture, which helped to consolidate the identity of the Roma ethnic minority. The 4th day of workshop of the young artists of the school was the final day workshops and concerts that took place on 19.4. 2016 in Hnústa and on 20.4. 2016 in Bardejov. The pupils will point to the effectiveness of inclusive education at the Private Musical and Dramatic Conservatory in Košice.
Projects results :
1. Six years in which the subjects of Romance and literature are taught (3 hours per week).
2. Six years in which the subject of the Roma realities (2 hours a week) is taught.
3. Five cultural and social events with passive participation of educational staff and school pupils (participation in ROMA FASION SHOW, theater performance at THALIA theater - Ten commandments - performance in SZUŠ program "All the Best" to the 5th anniversary of the school in Bardejov in Sport Hall Mier, revelation of the Holocaust Memorial in Bardejov, presentation at the oncology department in Košice).
4. Seven cultural and social events with active participation of teachers and pupils of the school (performance of the orchestra and choir in Rimavská Sobota, Košice, participation of teachers and pupils at the workshops: Šírava, Sigort, Bardejov, Hnúšťa.) The presentation of the school on a ceremony prizes of Local television festival Golden beggar.
Project output:A secondary school implementing an educational program focusing on intercultural education, Roma language and Roma culture and history as part of the inclusive education process at secondary school.
